Much-needed renovations are set to continue at the Espina Campus parking lots! Update is listed below.

Project Overview

  • Phase 2 will be wrapping up soon with completion set for November 7
  • As soon as phase 2 wraps up then next phase will begin (highlighted area on picture)
  • South and north end of lot 70 & lot 69 open and accessible

Seek alternative parking areas and campus entry points. Free lots within short walking distance are lot 104 north of campus on Sam Steel, Lot 98 south of campus at Wells and Sam Steel, and lot 99 East of Campus at Wells and Williams. Although some street curbside parking will still be available, permits may be required. For those looking for more parking options, the NMSU campus offers free parking areas and shuttle services from designated lots, clearly marked on the parking map.

There will be orange barricades and caution tape blocking off construction area, please be mindful of them for your safety.
