Join us for an exciting workshop in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month featuring special guest Jennifer Olguin, the Rio Grande Archivist from NMSU. This engaging session will take place on Tuesday, October 8, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at the Espina Campus, DASH Room 114M.
During this workshop, Jennifer will showcase fascinating primary source materials that illuminate the rich tapestry of Hispanic Heritage. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore these historical documents and learn about their significance in understanding our cultural heritage.
In addition to the primary sources presented, we will introduce new library databases that offer valuable resources highlighting Hispanic Heritage and the broader region. These databases will serve as essential tools for anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of Hispanic culture and history.
